Silicon Valley Mechanical incorporates safety into every aspect of our daily business operation. It is our intent to not only comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Federal and State Standards, Labor Code, and General Industry/Construction Industry Safety Orders, but to do what is necessary to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and customers.

Each of our employees are empowered to refuse any work or task that they believe is unsafe or that involves unnecessary risk. We understand and believe that safety is every employee’s responsibility, and that includes everyone involved, from the top down. We expect our employees to be engaged in our safety program which includes ownership in detecting, communicating, and mitigating hazards in the workplace, as a condition of employment. Employees are required to inform their supervisor immediately of any hazardous situation that is beyond their ability or authority to correct.
